2. In the present case, the issue is involved of transfer of the petitioner from Upgraded Middle School, Dhibha to Upgraded Middle School, Jurpania, Jhajha. The petitioner has been transferred on administrative ground, as it was found that he has misbehaved with a lady teacher, on complaint, which was

3. Transfer is the condition of service and the petitioner has been transferred on administrative ground, not by way of punishment.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this appeal.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed and the order of learned single Judge is approved.
