The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 445 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault by means of leg-kick and iron rod upon the family members of the informant by the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is land dispute is going on between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature as is evident from the injury

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74640 of 2023(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 report, petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in judicial custody since 18.08.2023. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.
