JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised by the Union of India in its counter affidavit regarding maintainability of the writ application, he would be approaching the appropriate forum. It is his apprehension that if he approaches the appropriate forum, matter is likely to be dismissed on the ground of delay itself. In view thereof, this Court would observe that pendency of the matter before this Court would be available to the petitioner to meet the issue of delay in the forum.
