The petitioner is seeking release of the rice quashing the order dated 29th of December, 2018 passed in Confiscation Case No. 442 of 2018 which arises from Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018.

There is a provisional of appeal and the petitioner in stead of coming to this Court, should exhaust the same.

Permission is granted and this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Commissioner, who will look into the matter and take decision in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the appeal.
