The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., the allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith co-accused Jai Narayan Ram assaulted on the leg of informant's father, as a result of which, he sustained injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, an occurrence of simple Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Injury, caused by this petitioner, is on nonvital part of the body. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
