The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302, 307, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of his confessional statement and except the confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.08.2019 without his

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No.215 of 2019.
