The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 323, 120(B), 354, 379, 420, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1614C of 2021. The petitioner is a doctor and he was one of the Directors in Amrit Jeewan Hospital, to which the complainant is the Managing Director. She makes allegation that during Govid19, the contribution of the petitioner as doctor in that Institution was very negligible. The share of the petitioner was paid. Despite that, he demanded Rs.10 lacs. He forcibly entered into the hospital and took Rs. 14,000/- cash. He also misbehaved with the employees of the hospital and assaulted the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72751 of 2022(2) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 and the staff. He dismantled the furniture, computer etc. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a reputed doctor of the locality. Admittedly, he was one of the Directors in that Hospital. There was some dispute between the Managing Director and the petitioner in respect of the profit earned by the hospital and due to that dispute, he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rubi Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 1614C of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
