ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2019 in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No.255 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11(A)(E) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against Najeeb Ansari, who is having his own milk business and was carrying purchased buffaloes and against whom similar allegation has been made in the F.I.R., has since been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr.Misc. No.70094 of 2019 vide order dated 19.11.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69926 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is only the Driver of the vehicle which is carrying the said buffaloes and therefore, he may also be released on bail.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No.255 of 2019.
