Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.75 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342,323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner and several other accused persons are named in the FIR and there is allegation against the other accused persons of assault to the deceased.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that considering the above fact Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to another co-accused person vide order dated 13.9.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41749 of 2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.64731 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.75 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
