The Court would not like to go into the controversy, which has been raised with regard to NOC obtained from the University. However, the inspection and grant of permanent affiliation to the B.Ed. college in question will be carried out in terms of the direction, which has been issued by the Court of constituting a new committee headed under the authorities of the NCTE with due participation of the nominee of the University as well as the district administration.
