The petitioner has raised a limited issue that he has filed an application before the Deputy Labor Commissioner, Munger Division, Begusarai for ensuring certain benefits connected with the service condition but, the same has not been disposed of till date.

As the representation has already been filed mentioning therein the grievance and his entitlement to the benefit in accordance with the provision of the law, let the Deputy Commissioner, Munger Division, Begusarai should look into the grievance of the petitioner and, after giving notice to the
