The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S.Case No.08 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of committing dacoity in the house of the informant and looted away ornaments and other articles.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and they are neighbour and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49352 of 2018 (2) dt.28-08-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the petitioners were identified by the witnesses, which is mentioned in the impugned order itself. . Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
