2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 134 C of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. In order to explore the possibility of amicable resolution of the dispute, the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
4. The report of learned Mediator shows that the matter between husband and wife has been resolved. The parties
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73388 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 have agreed to withdraw all the cases pending against each other. The husband and wife both agreed in the compromised petition that they will lead their matrimonial life in cordial and amicable atmosphere.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 134 C of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
