The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 307 and 506 of IPC and 27 of Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner fired upon the informant but informant did not sustain fire arm injury. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. No incriminating article was recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. He was not present at the place of occurrence. His name transpired on the basis of suspicion.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact the petitioner fired upon the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
