2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 294 of 2014 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 243 of 2012 for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1-AA), 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been granted bail, however, due to death of his lawyer he was not communicated and due to that reason he has not appeared before the Court concerned and the Court has cancelled his bail bond, when the petitioner came to know he surrendered before the court concerned on 24.08.2023. Charge-sheet has already been framed on 01.07.2014 in this case against the petitioner and he will cooperate in the disposal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73378 of 2023(3) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 of the trial and he will appear on each and every date. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in jail custody since 24.08.2023 having no criminal antecedent.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Sessions Trial No. 294 of 2014 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 243 of 2012, subject to the following conditions:-

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
