JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khodawandpur P. S. Case No. 164 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. petitioner no.1 is said to have assaulted by bricks on the informant. Petitioner no.3 also named in the F.I.R.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner no.2 is full brother of the informant and due to some family altercation between the parties, the dispute arose. The injuries are simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64852 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P. S. Case No. 164 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
