2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 397 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner had fired from the country made pistol which has been recovered from him. The petitioner is in jail since 06.06.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
