The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2019 in connection with S.T. Excise No. 396 of 2019 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 (c) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the Varandah.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65332 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge - II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Supaul in connection with S.T. Excise No. 396 of 2019 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019.
