Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 10.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32303 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order. In view of the reasons assigned in the petition, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
