2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 153 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190(2), 303(2), 352, 351(1) and 109 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are the agnates of the informant and there is a dispute with regard to their residential house.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73703 of 2025(3) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Jamui/ concerned Court below in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 153 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
