Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amas P.S.Case No. 59 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of causing death of the deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and altogether nine persons have been made accused in this case and other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 3.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 12892 of 2018.

No.48458 of 2018 (2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Gorakh Nath Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S.Case No. 59 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
