The petitioner has filed this writ petition for direction to the respondents to select the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sahaika at Anganbari Centre No.223 under Gram Panchayat Rupas Mahaji, Ward No.5, Block-Bakhtiyarpur, District-Patna.

Submission is that the merit list prepared for selection of the Anganbari Sahaika at Anganbari Centre No.223 in Gram Panchayat Rupas Mahaji, Ward No.5, Block-

Patna High Court CWJC No.21271 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 Bakhtiyarpur, District-Patna the name of the petitioner was at Serial No.1 in the merit list but the respondent no.7 Kanti Devi whose name was found on the merit list at Serial No.2 has wrongly been selected without observing the norms by the Selection Committee. The grievance of the petitioner is redressable under Clause-11 of the Guidelines for the selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaika, 2019 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, hence let petitioner file a proper petition before the respondent no.6, CDPO, Bakhtiyarpur, District-Patna within four weeks from today who shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass the order thereafter within four weeks in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stand disposed of.
