2. Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 submits that the substantial grievances of the petitioner have already been adjudicated and the benefits under different heads has already been settled.

3. For remaining dues, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila

Patna High Court CWJC No.16063 of 2024(4) dt.22-01-2026 2/2 University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga within four weeks giving calculation chart and all details based on which, the petitioner proposes the same to be adjudicated at the level of Registrar.

4. On filing of such representation within four weeks from today giving all such details, it is directed that the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga shall pass necessary orders and on finding such grievances to be maintainable, all the benefits shall be extended to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observation and direction.
