In the present writ petition, the petitioner was appointed as Lab Technician in District Tuberculosis Centre. When the verification of the testimonial of the petitioner was done it was found that she has obtained her appointment on the basis of fake certificate, at the time of filing of application she had attached the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2459 of 2017 (3) dt.31-08-2018 2 /2 certificate issued by Maulana Minnatullah Rahmani Memorial Technical Institute, Patna. In the year 2016 the petitioner was asked to produce the original certificate whereupon she produced certified issued by Indian Council of Paramedical Societies, Howrah, which itself shows that in what manner she has obtained service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date her certificate has not been verified but on the face of it, it appears that she has played a fraud in obtaining service.

This Court does not find any merit in the present writ petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the authority should verify the status of certificates which have been produced by the petitioner and take legal action in accordance with law.
