Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to pay the arrears on account of revised salary and allowances from the date of his joining in service as Chowkidar at NCC Group Headquarter, Bhagalpur on 17th September 2009 till 31.03.2017.
On perusal of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has not approached the competent authority by filing any representation or claim in respect of which he is seeking a direction from this Court. Under such circumstance, this Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.561 of 2023(2) dt.16-03-2023 2/2 is of the opinion that no writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued.
This Writ Application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority with an appropriate representation/application if he has a cause of action existing.
