2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of MJC No. 2220 of 2024 which has been dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 05.09.2024.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph no. 22 of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3626 of 2024(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 petition, MJC No. 3626 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

4. Accordingly, MJC No. 2220 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
