To direct the respondents especially respondent no. 5 to remove the encroachment from the flank of road, situated in front of the land appertaining to Khata No. 1016, Plot No. 1767, situated at Mohalla- Ramna, P.S.- Sherghati in the district of Gaya, as several persons have encroached the flank of the road, appertaining to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16835 of 2024(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 Plot No. 1774 (Pind) and 1746 by constructing their houses over Aam Gairmajarua/road land due to which road has become very narrow and is creating problem in smooth flow of traffic.

ii. Also to direct the respondents especially respondent no. 5 to remove the encroachment from the land appertaining to Plot No. 1774 (Pind) and 1746, which is recorded in Khatiyan as Rasta/Gali but due to encroachment made by the encroachers the local residents are facing day to day problem in smooth flow of traffic through that particular area."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
