Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Natwar PS Case no.55 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the petitioner and other accused persons were sitting on the Pulia and seeing the informant, they started abusing and against the other two accused persons there is allegation of assault by spade due to which he received injuries and later on succumbed to the injuries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and except that he is named in the FIR, there is no allegation of assault against the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Natwar P.S.Case No.55 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
