2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 175 of 2023 arising out of Bettiah Muffasil P. S. Case No. 670 of 2019 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including this petitioner killed the nephew and son of the informant by sharp cutting weapons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR, the name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation. Nothing has been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with S.T. No. 175 of 2023 arising out of Bettiah Muffasil P. S. Case No. 670 of 2019.
