====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons including the petitioner assaulted with their weapon at the head of informant. Co-accused Birendra Manjhi, who had also caused injury at the head, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55931 of 2018 (Annexure-3). The Doctor has found only two injuries on the head. Petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65609 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 268 of 2019 arising out of Sirdala Police Station Case No. 74 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
