1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 29.08.2023, passed by Divisional Commissioner, Purnea in Anganbari Revision No.46/2021 whereby the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Sevika of Anganbari Centre No.77 and further to quash the subsequent order as contained in Memo No.395 dated 20.09.2023 issued under the signature of Child Development Project Officer, Dhamdaha, Purnea whereby she has been terminated in the light of the order of Divisional Commissioner and further
Patna High Court CWJC No.16002 of 2023(2) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner on the respective post of Sevika with all consequential benefits and further direction to release the remuneration for the period she served as Sevika till the date of termination."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
