ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 13-11-2024 It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has preferred a revision before the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga against the orders of the appellate authority as well as the orders of the Sub Divisional Officer cancelling the license of the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that though the revision has been filed in the year 2020, the same has not yet been disposed of till date.

2. Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The Divisional Commissioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.41 of 2024(4) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 Darbhanga i.e. Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
