The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner PS case no. 260 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 of Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner herein were loading two calves on a Magic tempo, after they had stolen the same, for the purposes of selling the same in the market.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent, has been falsely implicated in the present case, is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 30.05.2019. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the period of incarceration of the petitioner herein as also the fact that he has a clean antecedent, I deem it fit and appropriate to release the abovenamed petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner PS case no. 260 of 2019. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U T
