The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.64 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, bullet Motorcycle, mobile and purse carrying Rs.10,000/- were snatched by some miscreants and on information, the mobile of the informant was recovered, informant claimd that he can identify the miscreants and later on name of the petitioner transpired on confessional statement of the co-accused Murari Yadav. It further appears that he is accused in one more case of similar nature.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in spite of the fact that he is in custody for about four

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.case No.64 of 2019 and he will co-operate in disposal of the trial.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
