The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkawaliya P.S. Case No. 534 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 04.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64874 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkawaliya P.S. Case No.534 of 2019.
