2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 dated 02.12.2017 instituted under Sections 447/323/504/506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioners and two others is of general abuse and assault.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus as admittedly it was related to land dispute for which the petitioners, who are simple ladies have

5. Learned A.A.P. does not controvert that the allegations are general and omnibus.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
