JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Motihari Muffasil P. S. Case No. 202 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354B and 34 of IPC.

As per prosecution case petitioners assaulted the informant and her husband and also torn her blouse. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the injury is simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure 2 and allegation of tearing her blouse is ornamental in nature, just to make the case serious.
