2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case no. 41 of 2021 registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner caught hold of the father of the informant and Shambhu Yadav was pressing his neck. On hulla being raised, they escaped. The father of the informant died.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that while rejecting the earlier application for bail vide order dated 9.5.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 54409 of 2021, this Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months or after framing of charge, whichever is later.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74830 of 2022(8) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Referring to the affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed against the petitioner in the learned trial Court on 1.6.2023.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the liberty granted vide earlier order of rejection dated 9.5.2022 (Annexure-1), charge having been framed and the petitioner being in custody since 7.3.2021, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case no. 41 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
