2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2023 in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 728/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/341/342/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim who has been recovered after two hours.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence. He next submits that the parties have settled the dispute and filed a compromise petition. The petitioner has no criminal

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 7th cum Special Judge (POCSO), West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 728/2022.
