This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1090 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 283, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution according to the Inspector of Police cum Officer-in-Charge, Bihta Police Station is that on 21.12.2017 at about 1:00 AM., various persons including the petitioner herein numbering in all 100-150 had blocked the road and obstructed the traffic, thus, causing nuisance. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1090 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) ajay gupta/- U T
