2. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 18359 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is accused of committing fraud on the promise of getting loan and thereafter, the petitioner and the other accused persons prepared forged documents and take money from the gullible persons. The petitioner is in jail since 18.10.2023 and his trial has not yet commenced.

5. In view of the delay in trial, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75912 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Alipur Police Station, District- Gaya on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
