The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 324, 452, 505, 380, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report, there is specific allegation against co-accused Sanjay Giri of causing farsa blow on the head of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners.
It has been submitted on behalf of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14480 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 petitioners that petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 4 are ladies and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against petitioner No. 1. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
