JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/307/353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Similarly situated co-accused Dinesh Yadav and Sajo Yadav have already been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No.4554 of 2017 and 47936 of 2016 by different Benches of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2015 with identical accusation of having found in possession of a rifle and cartridges. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
