====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 618 of 2019 corresponding Special Case No. 7485 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he involved in manufacturing of country made liquor as utensils used for manufacturing country made liquor were seized from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
