The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 307, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, Section 307 of the I.P.C. does not attracts in this case against the petitioner as no injury has been found on the victim, which is evident for the order of the Sessions Judge. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 12.08.2019.

Case No. 75 of 2018.
