2. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 3, it appears that the authorities have issued sanction order for full pension and gratuity to the petitioner and the same has been communicated to the Accountant General on 18.01.2018.

3. Learned counsel for the Accountant General submitted that the authority normally takes 15 days to be issued and if it has not yet been issued, the same shall be done within one week from today.

4. Having considered the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Accountant General to ensure that the authority in terms of the communication of the State dated 18.01.2018, copy of which is Annexure-B to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 today, is issued in favour of the petitioner, if already not issued, latest within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order.

5. Upon the same being done, the respondent no. 8 shall ensure that actual payment is credited to the account of the petitioner within two weeks from him receiving the authority letter issued by the Accountant General.
