Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52624 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on 20.02.2015 but the petitioner did not surrender in the court for more than three and half years. The case is of the year 2012. This fact itself shows that the petitioner got scant respect of the order of the court and he is evading his appearance in the court for the last six years. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is once again rejected.
