The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,447,504,313,307,379,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute petitioner no. 6, Mahatma Sahani is alleged to have caused injury at the head of the informant with dabi (sharp cutting weapon).

Since, there is specific allegation against petitioner no. 6 of causing injury on the head of the informant, hence, I am

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50905 of 2018(2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 not inclined to enlarge the petitioner no. 6, above named, on anticipatory bail in connection with the aforesaid case. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no. 6 stands dismissed.

So far as the other petitioners are concerned, they carry general and omnibus allegation and have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner nos. 1 to 5, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwa (Bhopatpur) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
