Learned Counsel for the Opposite party No.2 has received the said cheques and has handed over the same to the Opposite party No.2 who is present in Court. Learned Counsel for the Opposite party No.2 has also submitted that the Opposite party No.2 does not intend to question the ex parte decree of divorce granted in favour of the petitioner.
