The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Samastipur (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 432 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 36, 37, 41(2)(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022. It is alleged that total 246.24 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a Bullet motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the con-

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court, Ist Samastipur in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 432 of 2023.
